N°5 celebrates 100 years of celebrity in 2021. To mark the occasion, CHANEL has restyled the fragrance label, embossing it with Gabrielle Chanel's lucky number in gold.
A biodegradable paper pulp case hugs the distinctive shape of the bottle and is sealed with a wax stamp, an allusion to baudruchage, the unique craftsmanship of CHANEL fragrances.
In 2021, in partnership with Maison Pochet, a French Living Heritage Company (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant), CHANEL has created a remarkable innovation: the first perfume bottle containing recycled glass that maintains complete shine and transparency. A new quality of glass, obtained via a specific step in the recycling process.
